6 Steps of Genius Hour for My Students, An Unpolished Set of Instructions

Since there are so many of us in this together, learning to do Genius Hour at home, I thought I would share the videos I made for my students. Of course, you will want to make your own, but maybe something will give a spark for how you can do it. I’d love to see your ideas too! Please share in the comments section. Thank you!

  1. Excellent work, Denise, both on creating distance learning material for your lucky students and on making an excellent Genius Hour resource for other teachers!

    1. Thank you so much, Kris! I think it can be helpful to see all the variety of ways to go about this. The students who take ownership of their own learning are the ones who will prove most resilient and successful during this time of at-home learning. Genius hour can help.
